At Sunflower Garden, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we are here to help.
1. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.
- Notification: You must notify us of your decision to cancel within this 14-day period.
- Return Window: Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it.
- Condition: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: We require a receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email).
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if:
- The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- The item is returned more than 14 days after the return notification.
- The item was a personalized or custom-made order (unless faulty).
3. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund or exchange.
- Reporting: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
- Evidence: We may ask for photos of the damage to help us resolve the issue quickly with our courier or suppliers.
4. How to Start a Return

Note: Unless the item is faulty or we made an error, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse:
- We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@sunflowergarden.co.uk.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@sunflowergarden.co.uk and send your item to our Manchester address listed above.
