Exchange or Return of Goods
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Sunflower Garden. If for any reason you are not, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
Conditions for Return: To ensure your right to a full refund, please ensure the products are handled with care while in your possession.
Condition: Items should be returned in their original state. You are entitled to inspect the goods, but if the value of the goods has been reduced by handling them more than necessary to establish their nature/characteristics, we may deduct a standard amount from the refund.
Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or faulty through no fault of your own, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
We cannot accept returns if:
The item is incomplete or missing components.
You cannot provide proof of purchase (e.g., your order receipt or confirmation email).
The item has been damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
What to include with your return:
The complete item with all accessories/parts.
Your receipt or proof of purchase from the Sunflower Garden online store.
Any warranty cards (if applicable).
A brief description of the reason for the return (or the defect, if applicable).
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed in accordance with current UK legislation. The money will be returned to your original payment method.

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?
specific delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track the package.
If you have not received a confirmation email or if your tracking information hasn't updated in a few days, please check your spam folder first. If you still cannot locate your order, please contact our team directly so we can investigate for you.
Do you deliver on public holidays?
Our courier partners generally do not deliver on UK Bank Holidays or Sundays. If your order is due to arrive on a Bank Holiday, it will typically be delivered on the next working day.
Additionally, orders placed on a public holiday will be processed and dispatched from our Manchester warehouse on the following business day.
Do you deliver to my postcode?
Yes, we deliver to most addresses within the UK Mainland.
You can calculate the exact shipping cost to your location by adding your desired items to the cart and entering your postcode at the checkout.
Please note: Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and Channel Islands may incur a small surcharge or take slightly longer to arrive.
Is next-day delivery available on all orders?
Next-day delivery is available as an upgrade at the checkout for most UK Mainland orders, provided your order is placed before 1:00 PM (Monday–Thursday).
Please Note: Orders placed on Fridays after 1:00 PM or on weekends will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Some larger or heavy items (such as bulk soil or furniture) may require specialist delivery and are not eligible for next-day service. This will be clearly indicated at checkout.
Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?
Not always. For standard parcels, if you are not home, our courier partners will try to leave your package in a safe place or with a neighbour, provided you have added these instructions at checkout.
However, for high-value orders or items requiring age verification (such as bladed garden tools), a signature or photo proof of delivery may be required.
